The International Women’s Forum Arizona commemorates and encourages the study, observance, and celebration of the vital role of women in American History. As International Women’s Day is celebrated March 8th, tap into the long list of women in IWF AZ who have made history and utilize our nonprofit as a resource for your magazines. International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. Members include luminaries such as Latasha Causey, the first Black woman track president in NASCAR history, Barbara Barrett, the first woman deputy director of the Federal Aviation Administration and the first civilian woman to land an F/A-18 Hornet on an aircraft carrier and 25th United States Secretary of the Air Force, Mary Schroeder who served as the first female chief judge of the Ninth Circuit, and 100 more trailblazing Arizona women who support the nonprofit’s mission of advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide.

International Women’s Forum of Arizona is an Arizona nonprofit and an affiliate of the national nonprofit, International Women’s Forum headquartered in Washington, DC. International Women’s Forum Arizona includes over 100 extraordinary women in fields ranging from business and the arts to government and academia, along with a host of non-profit executives.
These women build bridges that span the globe, forging personal and professional relationships within and beyond the great state of Arizona by connecting with a network of more than 7,500 women from 6 continents, and 33 countries through: World Leadership Conferences, International Cornerstone Conferences and Private Dinners in members’ homes (locally, nationally, and internationally). They share ideas and take part in uncommon experiences that add depth and dimension to their leadership through events featuring top speakers in the fields of global and public affairs, business, government, science, and the arts.
