Scottsdale Road. The Old Town Scottsdale remains one of Grimaldi\u2019s busiest locations nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Since the expansion to Scottsdale, Grimaldi\u2019s has opened more than 40 locations in 11 different states, including multiple locations in Texas, Nevada and Florida. The casual yet up-scale New York-themed restaurant has become a household name that everyone can count on for a delicious slice of authentic Brooklyn-style pizza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to have reached this incredible milestone thanks to the support of our guests, team members and partners,\u201d says Grimaldi\u2019s Pizzeria CEO Joseph Ciolli. \u201cWe are looking forward to celebrating throughout our anniversary year, and to continue expanding into new neighborhoods to share our signature pizzas, calzones, cocktails and cheesecakes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In honor of its anniversary, Grimaldi\u2019s is excited to launch the new Garden Ranch Salad, which is a bed of romaine lettuce topped with oven roasted sweet red peppers, red onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, coal-oven baked croutons and ranch dressing. Throughout the year, Grimaldi\u2019s will continue to release new menu additions that will pay homage to its New York City roots. Spoiler alert: there may be a specialty anniversary cheesecake coming soon!<\/p>\n<p>Along with the new menu items, Grimaldi\u2019s will have monthly giveaways throughout 2023. The Margherita Margarita Giveaway that began on Jan. 13 and will run through March 6 includes an 1800 Tequila Yeti Cooler, a Casamigos Tequila Polaroid Camera, a Margaritaville Frozen Drink Maker and a $100 Grimaldi\u2019s gift card.<\/p>\n<p>Grimaldi\u2019s plans on pursuing opportunities to serve more communities, which includes opening two more Texas locations and a restaurant in Kansas this year.
