The Casa Grande Commerce Park will feature a series of speculative buildings under 70,000 square feet to accommodate industrial needs in the area.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kirk McCarville, CCIM, and Trey Davis with <a href=\"http:\/\/landadvisors.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Land Advisors Organization<\/a> represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
