The purchase marks the firm&#8217;s seventh property in their current portfolio in the state of Arizona. The community will be rebranded as the Ironwood at Happy Valley apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The property was marketed by Walker &amp; Dunlop&#8217;s investment sales team, led by <span class=\"xn-person\">Dan Woodward<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-person\">David Potarf<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-person\">Matt Barnett<\/span>, and <span class=\"xn-person\">Jake Young<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 2021, Ironwood at Happy Valley is located at 24025 N. 23<sup>rd<\/sup> Ave in the desirable <span class=\"xn-location\">Deer Valley<\/span> submarket, a 23-minute drive from <span class=\"xn-location\">Downtown Phoenix<\/span>.
