Small Giants<\/a>, a full-service marketing firm with offices in two major cities, has signed lease agreements and moved into new locations in Phoenix and Denver in response to significant growth. The firm moved into a nearly 10,000 square foot office at 5555 E. Van Buren St., Suite 115 in Phoenix and 2,500 SF office at 686 Mariposa St. in Denver.<\/p>\n

According to president and founder, Danielle Feroleto, \u201cWe are thrilled to have two workspaces that promote creativity, focus, and collaboration in order to better serve our nationwide roster of clients. This gives our team an environment to collaborate, showcase their work and optimize the innovations we are utilizing in marketing, video, motion graphics and architectural modeling, while having fun in big open spaces with shuffleboard, cornhole boards and a large gathering area for client events.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

The new Phoenix space is nearly three times larger than the space Small Giants occupied at its former office location. The 9,300-foot space includes sweeping views of the Papago Buttes, along with a custom-built photo\/video studio, a large training room, large break rooms for the team, private offices and multiple conference\/collaboration areas throughout the space.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tracy Sorano, Director of Marketing and lead for the Denver office said the move was strategic to better serve their specialized focus in commercial real estate and construction, by co-locating in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) building in downtown Denver. \u201cSmall Giants\u2019 Denver office is ideally located in the same building as the Colorado chapter of the AGC. It\u2019s centrally located just south of Denver\u2019s Central Business District in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, giving us the opportunity to provide photography, video, marketing needs and specialized training to clients and convenience as they utilize the resources within the building.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
