The 303,419-square-foot site will serve as the company\u2019s headquarters, manufacturing capacity, and field installation operations for the Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The capabilities of the new purpose-built facility will allow Avanti to continue industry leading support of its Big Builder customers throughout the Southwest and beyond in their efforts to build new homes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we are excited about the growth opportunities that this manufacturing capacity provides, perhaps even more exciting is what this site means for our people,\u201d said Dustin Petty, President, Avanti Windows &amp; Doors. \u201cThe El Mirage location will serve as a flagship model for the career development of our manufacturing, installation, and support team members in a way unlike any other in our industry. Building our people for the future will ensure support of our Big Builder customers as they fight to meet the housing demand of the nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company headquarters is expected to provide more than 200 new full-time jobs, with the site supporting more than 600 total people through manufacturing, field, and support operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Arizona Commerce Authority\u2019s support of manufacturing and new job creation is clear,\u201d said Petty. \u201cACA support in combination with the tremendous focus the City of El Mirage has shown throughout the development process has been incredible.
