Phoenix-based developer George Oliver<\/a>, known for its cutting-edge office redevelopments, has unveiled plans for Bond, a $52 million renovation that will transform the landmark Biltmore Commerce Center into a hospitality-inspired office experience where thoughtfully crafted amenities and modern design bring teams together in an unparalleled workplace at the heart of the desirable Camelback Corridor.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmployers committing to an in-office work environment are putting workplace culture front and center. Bond was designed with this in mind. Its name signifies a reconnection of the lost bond between employee and employer,\u201d said George Oliver Founder and Managing Partner Curt Kremer. \u201cAt Bond, we are seeking high-performing companies in search of instant enhancement in company culture to create a thriving office environment that employees are eager to engage in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bond is George Oliver\u2019s sixth experiential office project in the Valley. Located at 3200 E. Camelback Rd., on the northeast corner of Camelback Road and 32nd<\/sup> Street in Phoenix, the property offers prime access to nationally renowned restaurants and retail, a premiere labor pool and abundant housing, including proximity to the executive housing of the market\u2019s leading decision makers.<\/p>\n

Bond totals 287,000 square feet in three stories, with office space bordering a corresponding three-story central atrium. Through its renovation, George Oliver will elevate this space with one of the market\u2019s most extensive amenity packages, including:<\/p>\n

Conference Center<\/strong>, with a 120-person training room, 14-person conference rooms, individual and group teleconference rooms, day offices, a podcast studio and a library space. The highlight of the conferencing center is a 22-person boardroom, which will sit in a glass box overlooking the atrium.<\/p>\n

Coworking<\/strong>, encompassing approximately 25,000 square feet opening to the atrium and managed in collaboration with Common Desk to provide the area\u2019s most elevated coworking experience.<\/p>\n

Cultivate<\/strong>, the property\u2019s full-service coffee, cocktail and food service bar focused on atmosphere and providing a top-shelf culinary experience that can be enjoyed in Bond\u2019s atrium seating, outdoor seating or delivered directly to the building\u2019s suites and conference facilities.<\/p>\n

Fitness<\/strong>, a two-story space designed to replace a gym membership with a full suite of fitness equipment, monthly fitness classes, yoga facilities, meditation and private massage rooms, and locker rooms with saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges and private showers.<\/p>\n

The Vault<\/strong>, a speakeasy cocktail experience hidden in the building\u2019s sub-level for premier exclusivity.<\/p>\n

Additional offerings at Bond will include an on-site concierge, private networking events, mother\u2019s rooms, rotating food trucks, a billiards and cards room, dog patio, bike storage, car detailing and on-site parking with EV chargers. The workspaces at Bond will include highly sought-after George Oliver-designed, move-in-ready suites ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to more than 15,000 square feet. Larger spaces can be designed for users based on leasing demand.<\/p>\n

Shell renovations at Bond begin in May. The first suites at Bond are scheduled to deliver in the fourth quarter of 2023. Shell completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024. George Oliver Design led the design and architecture for Bond. RSG Builders is the general contractor. CBRE is the onsite property management team. Ryan Timpani and Brett Thompson of JLL are the exclusive leasing brokers.<\/p>\n
