Like everything Stacey does, there will be mindful offerings made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Amelia\u2019s will become a community gathering place where families will congregate while enjoying mindfully curated food in a casual environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia&#8217;s customers,\u201d says Owner and Chef Stacey Weber, who has been offering private chef and catering services in Arizona since 2007. \u201cWe will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh baked breads, artisan market foods, organic coffee with house made syrups and delicious cocktails. The idea is to make eating-well easy and enjoyable. I\u2019m creating the place I\u2019ve always wanted in Scottsdale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amelia\u2019s will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will offer an all-day counter service menu including BYOB (build your own board) nosh board, fresh handcrafted cocktails, grab and go food, beverages, and grocery items. The modern restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating and will feature live acoustic music on select nights along with intimate Sunday suppers.
