LLC<\/a>, a consulting firm that helps organizations integrate with communities and develop impactful relationships. Kristen Harris, the founder of KAHARRIS &amp; CO. LLC, is leading this partnership to help OneAZ establish deeper connections with the African-American and Black community in Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is intended to build relationships with the African-American community in Arizona to deliver greater access to financial services, including wealth-building opportunities and financial education. OneAZ members play a role in keeping more dollars recirculating in our communities, which can lead to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating more jobs<\/li>\n<li>Investing in local small business growth<\/li>\n<li>Helping families finance major purchases<\/li>\n<li>Building financial security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;KAHARRIS &amp; CO., LLC\u2019s partnership with OneAZ reflects a shared commitment to create more inclusive strategies to stimulate and support economic viability and growth among underrepresented communities, in this case, the African-American\/Black community.
