StreetLights Residential<\/a>\u2019s newest luxury multifamily community in Arizona, The Tyler, is open. Located at 3150 E Ray Road in Gilbert, the community is part of the mixed-use Epicenter at Agritopia<\/a> and offers 320 apartment homes ranging from studios to three bedrooms. This is the first project in Gilbert, and the fourth in Arizona for StreetLights, a national design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities based in Dallas.<\/p>\n

The Tyler is the multifamily component of the Epicenter, a mixed-use residential and retail community in Gilbert\u2019s Agritopia neighborhood.\u00a0The mixed-use project features approximately 50,000 SF of retail space including more than 20 unique retailers with seven shops open to date and several more slated to open in 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe final phase of the Agritopia masterplan brings one of the first of its kind vertically integrated mixed-use projects to the Southeast Valley, \u201csaid Greg Nadeau, StreetLights senior vice president of development over Arizona and California. \u201cThe Tyler will provide residents with the latest luxury comforts within a unique environment where almost every amenity is at your doorstep and can be experienced without ever getting in a car.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Tyler offers several floorplans, ranging from 504 to 1,590 square feet. Each unit features beautifully designed interior schemes including custom cabinetry with pull-out trash drawers, stone countertops, dine-in island seating, urban mudrooms, rainfall and handheld showerheads, wood-style flooring, 10-foot ceilings, built-in desks, front-load washer and dryers, spacious balconies, and a smart home package.<\/p>\n

In addition to the Tyler\u2019s location within Agritopia providing residents direct access to over 25 local shops and eateries, residents also have access to a variety of amenities including a lounge and conference room with greenhouse-style co-working spaces, and cabanas spaces with fireplaces surrounding a resort-style pool. Bike storage and rentals as well as a pet spa give residents more ways to enjoy Agritopia to its fullest.<\/p>\n

Looney Ricks Kiss served as the architect of record and INK + ORO handled the Interior Design., StreetLights Arizona Construction, LLC served as general contractor.<\/p>\n

Other completed StreetLights Arizona developments include The Ryan<\/a>, a mixed-use, 332-unit luxury high-rise community located in downtown Phoenix; The Angela<\/a>, a five-story residential community comprised of 253 apartment homes in Phoenix; and The Cameron<\/a>, a four-story, 349-unit luxury residential community located in Tempe. StreetLights is under construction on four other developments including The Alyssa<\/a>, a four story 335-unit luxury community in Tempe that broke ground in late 2021; The Bergen, a five story\u00a058-unit luxury community in Phoenix that broke ground in early 2022; The first Phase of the Paradise Valley Mall Redevelopment including a 400-unit mixed use project with approximately 75,000 SF of retail and a four story, 314-unit luxury community at One Scottdale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
