Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is planning to hire at least 150 individuals for full and part time positions as kitchen staff, servers, tasting room attendants, hosts, bartenders and more int eh Surprise location. In addition to accepting walk-in applications, Cooper’s Hawk will hold two hiring fairs at its hiring office on April 5 and April 19 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants should bring a resume and be prepared to interview at the event.

“Surprise is officially the most western location Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant has opened to date. We are excited to invite west side locals to enjoy the wine and dining experience we are known for,” said CEO Tim McEnery. “To learn that so many west siders have strong ties to Chicago, makes this new location even more of a “homecoming.” We are excited to see new and old friends use their membership to our wine club to introduce their friends and family to Cooper’s Hawk hospitality.”

The hiring team includes the new Surprise General Manager Jeremy Woodruff, who is transferring from the brand’s Scottsdale location, Executive Kitchen Manager Jeffrey Fearing and Area Director Ryan Delisi.

The Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants hiring site is now open for its new Surprise restaurant. Walk-in applications and immediate interviews will take place at 15331 W. Bell Rd., second floor, in the OfficeEvolutions space in Surprise. The Surprise restaurant, the brand’s fourth location in Arizona, is slated to open to the public this summer.

Headquartered in Chicago, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant has 55 locations across the country, including North Scottsdale, Chandler and its newest location opening in Gilbert in early May.
