Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. announced its third branch location – Queen Creek, Arizona. The award-winning commercial contractor, with offices in Dallas and College Station, Texas has opened the Arizona office to better serve several regional projects for one of the firm’s largest clients.
MYCON’s new office is located in the new Scotland Court Industrial Park at 22425 South Scotland Court in Queen Creek, Arizona, just southeast of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The suite includes 1,298 square feet of office space, featuring an open office concept with a receptionist desk and two private offices, and a 4,275-square-foot warehouse space that will allow for future expansion.
“2022 was an exceptional year of growth for MYCON, and we are projecting another great year ahead,” said Charles R. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of MYCON. “Our Arizona office will assist in our continued growth and expansion to the West and help better serve our projects in the region.”
MYCON currently has 12 active projects across Arizona and California, and the project workload is expected to expand rapidly over the next year to meet the needs of the firm’s clients.
Project Executive David Rosas will manage the new MYCON branch. The firm is in the process of hiring Arizona-based project managers, superintendents, and an estimator who will support the growing West Coast project backlog.
